ACEO "Okiku doll"
Mixed media, 2.5" x 3.5" Watercolor paper
This is a true story of the Okiku doll, which used to belong to a young girl who cherished the doll very much.  After the girl tragically died, an odd thing happened - the doll's hair began to grow; no one knows why.  Currently, the doll is kept in a Buddhist temple and still requires a hair cut once in a while.
Sold to Florida, US
